The CGS Foundation is an incorporated entity governed by an independent board of directors which includes the Head of Canberra Grammar School and directors deemed representative of the communities of the School’s alumni, parents and friends. A minority of directors is elected by the School Board; the remainder by the CGS Foundation Board. The School’s Business Director is Secretary to the CGS Foundation Board. An annual report for the CGS Foundation is produced mid-year each year and can be found on the publications page of this website.
The CGS Foundation exists to support the long-term security, advancement and renewal of Canberra Grammar School as a world-class leader in modern education.
